    Hemal has over 25 years valuation and management experience across two countries and is responsible for the company’s growth across all property segments.

    A passionate and dedicated professional, Hemal has established a culture of continuous professional development, dedication and knowledge sharing in the team

    Qualified Mortgage Broker from the UK with over 25 years experience within financial services within UK, New Zealand and Australia.

    Rachel is self-motivated with extensive administration experience. With a keen attention to detail and a strong motivation to excel, she is committed to ensuring the efficient and organised functioning of the office with confidence and precision.

    Prior to joining Accord Appraisals, Rachel worked in a large bank in the UK managing an administration team and also a panel of 45 valuer firms.

    Niroshima is a Certified Practising Valuer (AAPI CPV) with valuable experience across Prestige Residential, commercial office space, retail properties, industrial buildings, land banking, and development sites. She is highly competent with strong analytical skills upholding best valuation practices and ethical standards.

    Niroshima joined Accord Appraisals as an assistant valuer and has been mentored by our founding Principal on a wide spectrum of property types, geographical locations, and valuation purposes. She has undergone extensive training on professional valuation standards and regulatory compliance.

    Prior to joining Accord Appraisals, Niroshima worked as a valuer in Statutory valuations in Sri Lanka for four years with appropriate professional qualification in the local jurisdiction.

    Ben is a Certified Practising Valuer and Registered Valuer with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland. He has over 16 years of property experience in valuation and advisory, property development, and quantity surveying. Ben’s experience encompasses residential and prestige residential, residential development, commercial, industrial, and retail assets.

    Yuen has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Monash University and a Master of Property from the University of Melbourne. She is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor (RICS).

    Having moved to Australia, Yuen worked for National Australia Bank as a valuer before continuing her career at Accord Appraisals. Prior to working at National Australia Bank, Yuen started her valuation career in Hong Kong as a Trainee Surveyor before moving to Colliers International as an Assistant Valuer. She has valuable experience across all sectors—residential, offices, retail, industrial, agricultural land, and development sites.

    Ashley is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Property Development, Investment, and Valuations at RMIT University in Melbourne and graduating in October 2025.

    He brings a strong enthusiasm for the property sector, particularly in valuation, development, and investment. His academic journey has equipped him with a solid foundation in property markets, valuation methodologies, and real estate analysis, which he is keen to apply in real-world settings.
